Notary Public

Our principal, David Ravenscroft, is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Notaries and has practiced as a Notary Public in Hong Kong since 1988. He is available to notarize documents. We are also able to apostille documents at the Supreme Court of Hong Kong and legalize them at foreign consulates.

Dispute Resolution

Our aim is to give all the cases we take on our closest personal attention, and deal with them thoroughly, expeditiously and as cost-effectively as possible for you. This means we will assist with alternative dispute resolution and mediation if appropriate, or move as quickly as possible to trial if settlement is not possible. We work closely with our clients throughout the retainer, and keep them regularly and fully informed.

Our principal, David Ravenscroft, is a member of the CEDR Asia Pacific Practice Group and is happy to be appointed mediator in appropriate cases. CEDR Asia Pacific administers all his appointments.
